I just checked out an Alviero Martini bag on the Forzieri site. I've got more than 15 different map bags, and the one I found was just right and marked down to a fantastic price. It arrived yesterday, and I'm thrilled. Just a tip: spend the $7.95 for faster shipping. Forzieri is an awesome place for fantastic deals.

Order number: 9077706. Initially, I was only giving two stars because the shipping took a while. I made my order on 10/25/22 and called to check on the shipping date, which was given as 10/31. I got a tracking number and will update this once my package arrives. Reaching out to customer service was a breeze; Eva was super helpful. Fingers crossed I can bump up my rating! Update on November 4: My boots have arrived! They are gorgeous and just as described. The packaging was lovely too. Plus, I found the best price after a lot of searching. FedEx was a bit of a mess, but that’s not on Forzieri. I’ll definitely shop here again!

I’m really thrilled with what I got. The bag I picked out is the LE PARMENTIER Atlanta Top Handle Satchel Bag, and it’s just stunning! It showed up two days ahead of schedule, and you could tell a lot of attention went into how my order was packed. Big thanks to Ivan!!

Had I checked out these reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have placed an order with this company. The main issue was their customer support. They take ages to reply to questions and are still using COVID as a reason for delays. It took more than a month to get my return and refund sorted. Getting a response from them is a real struggle, and ultimately, I had to file a dispute through PayPal. To top it off, the company had the nerve to point fingers at me for the slow refund. I’d definitely steer clear of this company. You can find their products just about anywhere, so it’s worth shopping around.

I just got a tote bag from Forzieri, and I gotta say, my experience was quite pleasant. There was a brief wait for the item to be available again, but they kept me updated throughout the process. Once it was back in stock, it showed up in Australia in under a week. Overall, a really great experience.

I got myself an Italian leather bracelet from Forzeiri, but sadly, I had to send it back. The way they handled the situation was top-notch. Even with some hiccups at the Italian Customs, the team at Forzeiri sorted everything out and sent my bracelet back to me. Truly a first-rate customer experience.

I placed an order for a handbag on December 13th, and after waiting five weeks, I still hadn’t received it, despite being promised delivery in just 3-5 days! I called them multiple times to find out when it would arrive. They gave me three different delivery dates, but the bag never showed up. I sent emails and made more calls, and finally, I decided I didn’t want the bag anymore since it took so long. I asked for a refund, but they turned me down, saying they would send it anyway and that I’d have to return it and cover the customs fee! This fee would be 20% of the bag’s price, which amounts to £56 plus shipping. I’m really upset and would strongly recommend that folks steer clear of this company. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card provider against Forzieri, and they’re looking into it.

The product was nicely wrapped and just like the images...even though there were a couple of hiccups with the payment and delivery, Alex B. provided incredibly friendly and top-notch customer service. I’d definitely suggest Forzieri and their offerings.

I placed an order for an Armani ring for my son for Christmas. After reaching out to them about when it would arrive, I found out it wasn't available but might be back in stock in about 6 weeks. They offered me the chance to cancel the order, which I went ahead and did, but then I didn’t hear anything more from them. I shot them another 4 emails with no reply, but eventually, I did get my refund and a confirmation. Overall, the service was decent, just took a while to get back to me.

The refund situation has been sorted out, and I appreciate that. Generally, I’m not one to get riled up easily. But every now and then, a series of little annoyances can really wear you down, both physically and mentally. You know how it is when you’re sitting there, out of pocket and missing that item you really wanted. Turns out, I wasn’t alone in my concerns; I found out that other shoppers have had similar gripes: items being out of stock without any heads-up, and having to pull teeth to get answers from customer service while waiting ages for a resolution or refund. These gorgeous crimson leather driving gloves are a real treat. I wish they had magnets instead of snaps, especially for those with older, arthritic hands—kinda like what you see on jewelry. I’d totally shop at Forzieri again, fingers crossed for another pair with magnets!

I got myself some cufflinks as a farewell present and I couldn't be happier with what I received. Even though they were out of stock when I placed my order, they shipped as soon as they were back in stock and showed up in less than a week. Eva was super nice and really helpful, and the person I gave them to was over the moon with his gift. 😊
